Barbecue Chicken Shooters

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 1 to 6
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 18-ounce bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 16-ounce bag of coleslaw
  • 1 party-sized bag of scoops tortilla chips
  • Cheese for topping, optional
  • Chopped cilantro for topping, optional
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Cook four large, boneless chicken breasts and pour an 18-oz bottle of SBR Barbecue Sauce in a slow cooker on high for 3 hours, or low heat for 5-6 hours.
  • Shred chicken with a fork and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
  • Serve in individual scoop chips, place coleslaw in scoops first, then top with shredded BBQ chicken, cheese, and cilantro.
