Barbecue Sheet Pan Chicken

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 cups zucchini, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss zucchini and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Arrange on a large sheet pan.
  • Generously coat chicken in Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce and add to the sheet pan.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked through and the zucchini and potatoes are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
