BBQ Bacon Chicken

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 1 to 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed (3–4 pounds)
  • 1 18-oz. bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
  • 1 16-oz. package applewood-smoked bacon (cooked until crispy, then chopped)
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Cook chicken in a slow cooker on high setting for 3 hours, keep covered.
  • After 3 hours, drain juices from the slow cooker.
  • Mix together Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce, liquid smoke, and chopped cooked bacon.
  • Pour mixture over chicken and cook on high for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
