BBQ & Bacon Grilled Cheese

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 2
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup yellow cheddar, shredded
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Place a skillet on a grill over medium heat.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread, then place two slices of bread face down in the pan.
  • Quickly build the grilled cheese by adding cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce, followed by more cheese to each sandwich.
  • Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side up.
  • When the bottom of the sandwich is golden brown, flip and cook until the cheese is melted.
  • Cut in half and serve with additional barbecue sauce for dipping.
