BBQ Bacon Smokies

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 4
  • ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 10 mini-smokies sausages
  • 5 applewood-smoked bacon slices, par-cooked, cut in half
  • 3 wooden skewers, large
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Wrap each small sausage with half a slice of par-cooked bacon. Skewer 5 on each skewer.
  • Place on a baking sheet and roast in a 350-degree oven for 5-8 minutes or until the bacon starts to crisp.
  • Glaze with half of the BBQ sauce and continue to roast for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and glaze with the remaining BBQ sauce. Serve immediately.
