BBQ Cheeseburger Cups

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar, shredded
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 pickles
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Turn off heat and drain grease.
  • Add in Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce. Mix until combined.
  • Press tops of hamburger buns into muffin tins.
  • Divide meat mixture between buns.
  • Top each one with cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until buns are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Top with red onion and a pickle.
