BBQ Mac and Cheese Burger

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 1 cup onions, fried
  • Elbow macaroni and cheese
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
  • Shape patties to the desired size.
  • On a heated grill, cook burgers to the desired temperature.
  • Add cheese to burgers.
  • Assemble by adding barbecue sauce on the bottom bun and on top of the cheese. Scoop a large spoonful of mac and cheese and place it on top of the burger.
  • Top with onions.
