BBQ Meatloaf

with Original Barbecue Sauce

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Substitute with potato flakes for a gluten-free option.)
  • 1 1/2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce (divided)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix the first 8 ingredients and a half cup of SBR thoroughly in a large bowl.
  • Once mixed, form the mixture into a log shape and place in a meatloaf pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • While the meatloaf is baking, make the gravy by heating 1 cup of SBR and a 1/2 cup of chicken stock in a saucepan until warm, then drizzle over the finished meatloaf.
  • Slice and serve with roasted potatoes, asparagus, or other desired side dishes.
  • Note: This meatloaf could easily be formed into great burgers for your next BBQ.
