BBQ Chicken & Cheddar Pizza Roll Me Ups

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 4
  • 1 roll of pizza dough in can
  • 2 cups prepared shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded smoked cheddar cheese
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Smothered and mix shredded chicken in Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce, to taste.
  • Open can of dough and press into a rectangle shape.
  • Spread or drizzle ranch dressing evenly over dough then top evenly with BBQ chicken, cilantro, and cheddar cheese.
  • Starting at the long end, roll the dough into a log shape. Using a sharp knife, cut 1-inch pieces and place them onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
