BBQ Bacon Baked Potato

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 1 to 4
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions
  • ¾ cup cheddar
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • Pierce potatoes with a fork and place in the oven for 1 hour. Remove potatoes from the oven, and open by pinching each side and adding pressure.
  • Once opened, place cheddar and bacon on top and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven. Garnish with green onions and sour cream. Drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce.
