BBQ Pulled Pork Pot Pie

with Original Barbecue Sauce

  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds pulled pork
  • Cheddar
  • Cornbread topping
  • Onions, pickled
  • Sour cream
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a Crock-Pot, combine pork and Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce. Cover and let cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Remove pork and use 2 forks to pull pork into pieces.
  • Using a cup, create circular pieces of cornbread. Set aside.
  • Place pulled pork in small oven-safe dishes. Top with cheddar and cornbread piece.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove dishes from the oven and top with sour cream and onions to serve.
