Buffalo Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ¼ cup carrots, chopped
- ¼ cup celery, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- ½ cup cannellini white beans
- ½ cup black beans
- ½ cup kidney beans
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Dipping Sauce
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken, chili powder and garlic powder to pan. Brown the chicken, breaking up the meat into small pieces until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
- Add onion, carrot and celery to the pan and cook, stirring until the vegetables soften, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add beans, ground chicken, diced tomatoes and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Dipping Sauce to the vegetable mixture and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
