  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¼ cup carrots, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  •  ½ cup cannellini white beans
  • ½ cup black beans
  • ½ cup kidney beans
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • Add onion, carrot and celery to the pan and cook, stirring until the vegetables soften, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add beans, ground chicken, diced tomatoes and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Dipping Sauce to the vegetable mixture and cook on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
