Buff-a-cue Pizza
with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Original Barbecue Sauce

- One 8-ounce portion of pizza dough or pizza crust of your choice
- 1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Half of a small red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh green onions, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, or to the directions noted on the instructions of the pizza dough or crust.
- Roll out dough and stretch into a round, pizza-like shape. Prepare the crust as noted on the directions.
- In a bowl, combine Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce to create Buff-a-cue sauce, mixing until combined.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of the Buff-a-cue sauce with the cooked, chopped chicken.
- Brush dough with Buff-a-cue sauce.
- Top with mozzarella, chicken, thinly sliced red onions, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake until crisp and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, cut, and garnish with green onions, and drizzle with remaining Buff-a-cue sauce.
