Buffalo Chicken Pizza Dip

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 4 to 6
  • 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 cups Italian cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, seasoning, and garlic. Mix well.
    3. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
    4. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
    5. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese blend.
    6. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the sauce.
    7. Evenly distribute the pepperoni on top of the cheese.
    8. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
    9. Serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks, or tortilla chips.
