Loaded Buffalo Chicken Nachos

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • Chicken breast, diced
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups cheddar, shredded
  • ½ of a red onion, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Heat oven to 375 F.
  • In a pan over high heat, cook chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce and continue cooking until finished.
  • In cast iron skillet, layer half the tortilla chips, half the Buffalo chicken, half the bacon, half the red onion, and half the tomato.
  • Repeat with the other half of the ingredients.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh cilantro and sour cream.
