Creamy Buffalo Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 1 to 4
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 4 servings of penne pasta
  • Place chicken breasts, SBR Buffalo Wing Sauce and heavy cream in crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours. (Chicken should have an internal temp of 165 degrees.)
  • After 4 hours, add fresh broccoli, shredded parmesan, and mozzarella to the crock pot. Replace the lid.
  • Cook an additional 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  • Serve chicken and extra sauce over cooked penne and enjoy!
