Buffalo Pulled-Chicken Dip

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce & Glaze
  • ½ cup Ken's Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions for garnish
  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Sauce, and blue cheese dressing. Mix well.
  • Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks, or tortilla chips.
