Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Green onions

Directions

  • Heat oven to 400 F.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Roll mixture into tablespoon sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from oven.
  • In a large bowl, combine meatballs and more Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce. Stir until all meatballs are covered with sauce.
  • Sprinkle meatballs with blue cheese and green onions.
  • Serve.
