Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups grilled chicken, chopped
- ¼ of a red onion, diced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 2 cups cheddar, shredded
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Ten 7-inch flour tortillas
Directions
- Slice the chicken and mix in a bowl with red onion and cilantro.
- Add Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Place about ⅓ cup of the Buffalo chicken mixture on each tortilla and spread it evenly on the tortilla. Add the cheese and place tortilla on top.
- Place the filled tortilla on the grill and cook over medium heat until the outside is brown and crispy, the filling has heated through and the cheese has melted.
- Cut each quesadilla into quarters and serve.
