Hot Choices Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts or tenders, cut into strips
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce

Directions

  • In a pot, heat the oil to 375 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, roll it in the seasoned flour mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • In small batches, fry the chicken until golden brown, then remove.
  • Divide the finished chicken into 3 separate bowls and coat one with Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce, one with Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce and one with Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce. Toss.
  • Plate in 3 stacks on a long, thin serving platter, and stick toothpicks with labels “Mild,” “Medium” and “Hot” into the appropriate stack of wings.
