Hot Choices Chicken Strips

with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Original Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts or tenders, cut into strips
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Original Hot Sauce
Instructions
  • "In a pot, heat the oil to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, roll it in the seasoned flour mixture, and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • In small batches, fry the chicken until golden brown, then remove.
  • Divide the finished chicken into 3 separate bowls and coat one with Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce, one with Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce, and one with Sweet Baby Ray's Original Hot Sauce. Toss.
  • Plate in 3 stacks on a long, thin serving platter, and stick toothpicks with labels ""Mild,"" ""Medium,"" and ""Hot"" into the appropriate stack of wings.
