SBR Buff-A-Cue Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buff-a-Cue Sauce
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz Buff-a-Cue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions for garnish

Buff-A-Cue Sauce
Mix together:
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, Buff-a-Cue sauce and red onion. Mix well
  • Spread in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top
  • Place 1 oz Buff-a-cue sauce in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over top in a circular fashion
  • Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown
  • Garnish with scallions and serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks or tortilla chips
