Texas Buff-A-Cue Patty Melt

Ingredients
• 4 ea Seeded Rye Bread Slices or bread of your choice
• 4 ea Thick Sliced Bacon, crispy
• 2 ea 6 oz. Angus Beef Patty
• Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 3 oz Grilled Onions
• 4 oz Buff-a-cue Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Butter, softened
Buff-A-Cue Sauce
Mix Together:
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
Directions
- Grill burgers to desired temperature
- Butter one side of each bread slice
- Place one slice of cheese on unbuttered side of each piece of bread
- Place Buff-a-cue sauce on each slice of cheese
- Place burger, bacon and onions on one side of bread
- Top with other slice
- Grill sandwiches until toasted and crispy
