SBR Boss Buffalo Wings

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 6
  • 2-3 pounds of frozen chicken wings (defrosted)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce and Glaze
  • salt and pepper
  • celery sticks
  • ranch dressing
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the wings in a shallow dish and sprinkle them with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Gently roll them to coat.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the wings in the skillet and cook them on each side until lightly browned and crispy, 5-10 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the wings to the baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together the Buffalo sauce and coconut oil until the oil is fully incorporated. Drizzle the sauce onto the wings and gently toss to coat. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time, until the wings are crispy.
  • Arrange the wings on a plate with celery sticks. Serve with additional Buffalo sauce, if desired, and ranch dressing.
