Kickin’ Bell Pepper Chicken

with Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce & Glaze
  • 1 of each bell peppers: red, orange, yellow
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • cooked rice
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken into a baking pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon SBR Buffalo Wing Sauce onto each chicken breast.
  • Slice peppers and place them onto chicken as well.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over all, to taste.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes until done.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy.
